COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carl Baasel Lasertech (rofin) RFD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Centroid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cicinnati-Milacron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Clansman-Dynamics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Centroid such as the Allinone spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34242158A manufactured by Cicinnati-Milacron and we are pleased to be able to service most Cicinnati-Milacron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDL by Manufacturer Clansman-Dynamics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Charmilles Brand 852057 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as DMS100 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IS2000C13040SR8 made by Cognex as well as the popular RSE4803 original spares produced by Carlo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 82504081R by Cognex and DMS100 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 82501851R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
